If you are interested in being selected for a study tour information will come out in our State Newsletter prior to selections. This information will tell you which countries and states are available, where the selections will take place and who to contact if you are interested.
At the selections you will be required to do the following.
Complete a general knowledge quiz
Go on an organised tour and write a report
Do a demonstration
Have three different interviews (agriculture, Rural Youth and general knowledge.
Points are awarded for each section and added at the end.
There is no disadvantage if you have applied and missed out before. In fact it is often a good idea to have a try before you are ready to go so you know what to expect when you are ready.
Only current Rural Youth members can apply.
