Rural Youth Club's nominate one member to participate in the competition at their AGM.
Top Club Award is awarded to the best all-round club which best represents what a Rural Youth Club should be.
This award will be presented at Rural Youth State AGM to the club who has the highest attendance rate at State Functions throughout the previous year.
These awards are presented at Rural Youth Annual General Meeting to the club in each region with the greatest membership increase, calculated through actual number growth and percentage growth.
It will be awarded at each Annual General Meeting to the Champion Club in all competitions for the previous year.
The aim of debating is to encourage the art of clear speaking and thinking.
This competition is designed to be both entertaining and educational. It is an opportunity for member to develop skills in quick thinking, and to participate in a team competition.
