Airfares are covered in Rural Youth exchanges and accommodation is with members of the host State or Country.

Each year the Organisation offers several interstate and overseas study tours to registered members. The Study Tours Program roster offers:
- Overseas exchanges - Sweden, Switzerland, Norway & Austria every second year, alternating with USA and Canada
- UK every year
- Interstate exchange with Western Australian Rural Youth
- Registration to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)
- Berth on a Young Endeavour Training Ship Voyage of your choice (participants must be between the ages of 16-23 on the day or departure and not have previously sailed on the Young Endeavour).
......or you can nominate your own destination/activity, for example: Jackaroo/Jillaroo Course, trip to interstate Field Days, etc. subject to approval.
